Policy for using my creations:
You are of course welcome to use any and all of my creations in your game, regardless of what they might be. I encourage the use of my creations in your own stories, but do ask you give me credit when doing so. If you'd like to make modifications to any of my objects, please get in touch with me using the Contact Fuko page on this site. Please don't include my creations with any uploads of your own unless you ask my permission first and are given my approval in advance.
All downloads including requests will be provided via the Fuko's Sims Mediafire account. I will not use any other sources unless something happens with the account, in which case a post shall be made providing further information on the situation.
I create only for the Sims 3. I do not have the Sims 2, and I cannot create for the Sims 1. Please do not request anything for anything other than Sims 3.
Policy for Requests:
Any requests for custom content creation should be submitted via the Request Form located under the Navigation Bar. I promise that any information provided through the Request form is strictly confidential, and I will not use your email to do anything other than contact you regarding your request.
All requests will be posted on the site under the downloads section upon completion, and an email shall be sent to you informing you of the completion of your request. If I feel a request cannot be posted on the site, I will deny the request.
In the event I deny your request, I shall (except in the most extreme circumstances) contact you with an explanation why I cannot take on your request. If I do take on your request, you shall also receive my agreement to do so via email. If you do not hear from me, it's because I'm either very very weirded out (this takes a lot), feel threatened, or am very busy and will be getting back to you when I get the chance.
I will always attempt to provide quality in a timely manner for requests and custom creations alike. If you have a deadline to meet, it is important you let me know. If I cannot make it, I will inform you. You may then decide if you want to extend the deadline, alter the request, or cancel the request. Failure to respond in this situation will be viewed as a cancellation of the request.
In the event I am very busy, I will contact you when I am able regarding your request. If you have a pressing deadline, and I am busy, I will deny your request simply on a time basis, as even I know my own limits, and I do not believe it is fair practice to force people to wait in the face of impending and inflexible deadlines.
About Cost and Commissions:
I will never under any circumstance charge for requests. Any creations I do are available for free, always. If you see any of my creations on pay sites, please use the Contact Fuko link and let me know immediately. I will never charge a commission for completing requests, which also means if I do not like the idea of a request I am permitted to deny it on that basis as this is a free service.
Maintenance of Custom Content:
If you happen to notice one of my creations is not working in game (and you've tried to usual troubleshooting -- there is a link to a troubleshooting page on www.modthesims.info I respectfully request you complete before asking me for help), please contact me using the Contact Fuko page. I will try and help you as best I can. If the problem is the creation itself, I will attempt to release an up to date version when possible, though most of my creations should be compatible with any version and should not conflict with other creations. If I cannot help you, I apologize in advance. I can only do so much when sitting before a different computer than the one that's giving you trouble.
